This honey is harvested and produced in the pristine Marlborough Sounds
environment. It predominantly contains honey from the native Manuka Tree, leptospermum scoparium and
meets the MPI definition for Monofloral Manuka Honey. Guaranteed to
contain at least 110mg/kg of methylgloxal. It has got a medium strength
floral flavour with
a slightly sharp aftertaste.
Our honey has nothing added to it
and is raw meaning that we do not overheat or ultrafine-filter our honey
during processing or packing.
